So here i am in Paso Robles harvesting and crushing and fermenting. I have my Petite Sirah for 2015 in barrels. I added the yeast to the Pinot Noir from Santa Lucia Highlands Yesterday. I am pitching my yeast on the 6,000 pounds of Primitivo today. Next week the Cab Sav and Cab Franc should be ripe and ready.
