A fast and easy grilled fish recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Blackened Fish Seasoning
  • 4 catfish filets (about 1.5-2 pounds)
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • Splash of chardonnay (optional)
Directions

Combine seasonings into a rub and rub on catfish. Sprinkle lemon juice and a drizzle of Chardonnay on both sides. Grill with cover 5 minutes on each side (until fish flakes with a fork). Serve with rice pilaf and fresh lemon wedges.
